Acts as the boundary between Peel RM and Halton RM. Discontinuous from CR 8 to Dundas Street (CR 5), as the Region line moves west and the road is fully in Peel RM (Mississauga).

24 Charleston Sideroad Peel RR 19/Wellington CR 25 (boundary with Wellington County, continues as Wellington CR 124) RR 7 Cataract, Coulterville, Caledon Formerly King's Highway 51 from April 13, 1938 until 1962, when King's Highway 24 was extended along this road to King's Highway 10. Old Highway 24 alignment became King's Highway 136. King's Highway 51 was fully paved in 1947. It bears no relation to the second incarnation of King's Highway 51, near Rondeau Provincial Park.
Peel Regional Road 50, Albion Road, Queen Street Overpass of King's Highway 427 (boundary with the City of Toronto King's Highway 9 (Boundary with Simcoe County, continues as Simcoe CR 50) Clairville, Sunset Corners, Brampton, Bolton, Cedar Mills, Palgrave Formerly King's Highway 50. It forms the border between Peel Region and York Region, and therefore the road is sometimes referred to as York Regional Road 24.

136 Main Street, Queen Street, Porterfield Road, Caledon-East Garafraxa Townline, John Street, Townline Road RR 24 King's Highway 9 Cataract, Coulterville, Alton, Orangeville Original Highway 24 alignment from April 13, 1938 to 1962. King's Highway 136 from 1962 to April 1, 1997. Fully paved by 1966, first from Cataract to Alton in 1964, then from Alton to Orangeville.
