From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a list of the premiers of Nunavut Territory, Canada, since its creation in 1999. As Nunavut has a consensus government, the premier is elected by and from the members of the legislative assembly, who are not divided into parties. Prior to April 1, 1999, Nunavut was part of the Northwest Territories - see List of Northwest Territories Premiers.
