Near the end of the life of the Nintendo 64, many games were forced to be cancelled. Most of these, such as 40 Winks, also had versions for the PlayStation, while a number of games in development were reworked for the Nintendo GameCube. However, there were still a few games that were completely cancelled, and saw no release at all. Listed are a few of the more notable games that were unreleased for the platform.

- Cubivore: Survival of the Fittest[1]
- Dinosaur Planet (released as Star Fox Adventures)[1]
- Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem[1]
