Amber Addison (Shanica Knowles) and Ashley Dewitt (Anna Maria Perez de Tagle) are Miley, Lily and Oliver 's arch enimes.And are a fan of Hannah Montana.

Played by Kirby Bliss Blanton - Becca is one of Miley/Hannah's biggest fans and Oliver's crush in Oops! I Meddled Again, who later turned into his girlfriend, but it didn't work out.

Played by Alicia Savinon - A ten year old depressed girl who is a huge Hannah Montana fan, but always seem to be sad. Miley however decides to cheer her up by dressing as Hannah Montana for Cleo's birthday party.

Played by Corbin Bleu - One of Miley's former crushes. She squeezed ketchup on her hand instead of her burger once as not paying attention where she was aiming, and told him it was good for moisturizer. Johnny has not been in any other episodes since.

Played by Daniel Samonas - One of Miley's former crushes who hates Miley's alter ego in I Can't Make You Love Hannah If You Don't. He took Miley to a Hannah Montana concert, but couldn't stand the way Miley was acting, so he ditched her.

Played by Billy Ray Cyrus - Robby Ray's (Miley's dad) identical twin brother and Miley's uncle. He has a daughter, Luann, who looks exactly like Miley.

Played by Dolly Parton - Miley's godmother from Tennessee. She has a cat named Rufus, uses her fingernails to open locked doors and keeps her phone in her hair because her pants are too tight. Dolly Parton is Miley Cyrus's godmother in real life, and also a close long-time friend and co-worker of Billy Ray Cyrus.

Played by Miley Cyrus - Miley's evil look-a-like cousin from Tennessee. She is jealous of Miley because she is Hannah Montana. and tried to reveal Hannah Montana's identity but her plans were foiled at the last second. Luann wears her hair in pigtails and sometimes wears a cowboy hat. Once said to have pushed Miley down a well. Miley also named her pet pig Luann because Luann sounded like a real pig. Miley Cyrus told MTV that Luann is going to be back in the 2nd season as a cast member

Played by Vicki Lawrence - Robby and Bobby Stewart's mother who loves to torture him. She teases him about being too slow and chubby because that's the way he was as a child, and according to Robby, she could never get over that. [===Uncle Earl=== Miley's uncle from Tennessee, who is often referred to, but never seen. He is the butt of a series of recurring jokes concerning his personal hygiene.

Played by Moises Arias - Jackson's boss's son who is the arch-nemesis and friend of Jackson. He is an 8 year-old kid, and is always trying to humiliate Jackson. In the episode It's My Party And I'll Lie If I Want To, he hired a beautiful hairdresser to style Jackson's hair, only she dyed his hair many different colors and eventually ended up shaving his head instead.

Played by Andre Jamal Kinney - Jackson's friend who hides the fact that he is good at baking. Cooper also likes girls as much as Jackson does. He has a job at the movie theater.

Played by Erin Matthews - Jackson's mean teacher who goes on a date with Robby because Jackson wants to improve his grades. She and Robby Ray get in a dispute over a certain family recipe, so the date ends badly within a few minutes.

Played by Hiromi Dames - A friend of Hannah Montana's (but not Miley Stewart's) who is always involved in the biggest parties. As seen in Torn Between Two Hannahs, she has a "deviated septum" and "she owns it". She thinks Lilly / Lola is a nerd and hates Luann. Because of her deviated septum, she has a nasally voice. She had a crush on Jackson.

Played by Daniel Booko - A friend of Hannah's and Jackson's. Is dating an Ashley, (but doesn't know which one). Only appeared in My Boyfriend's Jackson & There's Gonna Be Trouble. He let's Jackson borrow his car and gives him the advice about wearing clothes in public, and getting free stuff.

Played by Cutter Garcia - A pesky photographer who's always trying to capture Hannah in awkward situations so he can sell them to the tabloids. He caused a problem for Hannah by taking a picture of her at a party when she lied to Lilly about not going, then caught her (as Hannah) and Jackson together and sold that photo as "Hannah's New Boyfriend."

Played by Ashley Tisdale - From The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Became Hannah's friend when she stayed at the Tipton in That's So Suite Life of Hannah Montana. Hannah gave her tickets to a concert in On the Road Again. She is a fan of Hannah as well as that of Robby. Her mom is also a big fan of Robby.

Played by Frances Callier - A militant bodyguard of Miley's/Hannah's, originally hired for Hannah Montana's security. Ever since Roxy returned from a Marines training vacation, she has been overprotective of the teen pop star.
