- Ena Baga (1906-2004) was a British pianist and silent film organist who performed on the Hammond in the 1960s
- Tony Banks (born 1950) is an English songwriter, pianist/keyboard player, and founding member of progressive rock/pop group "Genesis". He played a Hammond T-102 tonewheel organ in the 1970s.
- Peter Bardens, keyboardist of the progrock band Camel until 1978.
- Marco Benevento (born 19??) is half of the Benevento/Russo Duo along with Joe Russo. Originally associated with the "jam band" scene, he currently performs various styles of jazz.
- David Bowie (born 1947) is an English singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, arranger and mixer.
- John "Rabbit" Bundrick (born 1948) a US-born rock keyboardist, pianist, and organist who played on albums by The Who, Bob Marley and the Wailers, Roger Waters, Free, and performed in The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

- Soren Christensen (born 1981) Hammond Organ player from Danish rock band The Blue Van.
- Elbernita "Twinkie" Clark is a US gospel singer, composer, musician, and evangelist dubbed "the Queen of the B-3." A member of The Clark Sisters, she also has seven solo albums.
- Rob Collins (Charlatans).
- Tom Constanten played the Hammond B-3 exclusively with the Grateful Dead in live concerts during his tenure with the group from 1968 to 1970, taking over for Ron "Pigpen" McKernan.
- Dave "Baby" Cortez (born 1938) a US pop music and R&B pianist and organist. His 1950s instrumental, "The Happy Organ" was the first pop/rock hit to feature the organ as lead instrument.
- Ed Cox is an organist from The Hurricanes, and has played with Billy Preston.
- Vincent Crane - organist of Atomic Rooster.
- Jesse Crawford(1895- 1962) was a US pianist and organist well-known in the 1920s as a theater organist for silent films. In the 1930s, he switched to the Hammond organ.

- Wild Bill Davis (1918–1995) is the stage name of American jazz pianist, organist, and arranger William Davis, a pioneering jazz electronic organist who led a number of organ trios.
- Joey DeFrancesco (born 1971) is an American jazz organist and trumpeter. Down Beat's 2003 Critics Poll selected him as “top jazz organist.” Mentored by the late Jimmy Smith, he has performed with Miles Davis and John McLaughlin.
