List of ECW World Champions

The ECW World Championship is a professional wrestling title. It originally served as the highest ranked championship for the Extreme Championship Wrestling promotion and remained active until April 11, 2001 when Extreme Championship Wrestling declared bankruptcy. It was reactivated on June 13, 2006 to be the highest ranked championship on the ECW brand of World Wrestling Entertainment.
The championship has been known as:
- NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Championship (1992 – 1994)
- ECW World Heavyweight Championship (1994 – 2001)
- ECW World Championship (2006 – Present)
