This is a list of Clone High minor characters. Clone High writer Adam Pava wrote that every background character appearing in Clone High is actually a historical figure, not just a randomly designed place holder. Therefore any list of the cast of Clone High must be considered tentative at best.

Many clones of famous men and women appeared or were mentioned throughout the series.

Many other characters are featured in the show. Several celebrities that have guest starred have voiced some these characters.
- Ashley Angel (Himself): Dean of Admissions of the Ashley Angel Spring Break Dance Academy.
- Blushi: The X-Stream Blu mascot.
- Brian Scudworth: The son of Principal Scudworth. He was lost in a bet with Colonel Principal and subsequently eaten.
- Doug Prepcourse (John C. McGinley): The creepy trucker who helps teach Gandhi the value of standardized testing.
- DNA Dan: The Fighting Helix: Clone High's mascot.
- ECyboPooch (Neil Flynn): A robotic dog and hired spy by the Secret Board of Shadowy Figures that was given as a present to Principal Scudworth.
- Emmett: A paranoid transient who lives under an overpass.
- ESPN's Dan Patrick (Himself) & Chris Berman (Himself): They announce the basketball game between GESH and Clone High.
- Gandhi's Remaining Kidney (Michael J. Fox): The other kidney being donated to Cleopatra.
- Giraffe: A giraffe who dares to break the species barrier into football. A character in Abe Lincoln's student film It Takes a Hero.
- Hot Dumpster Teen Who May or May Not Be an Angel, and Who May or May Not Be Singing Sensation Mandy Moore (Herself?): She taught Joan the true meaning of Snowflake Day and later then, with several other homeless people, raided Cleo's house.
- John Stamos (Himself): Perennial prom king.
- Krabby Kakes: A crab with the catch phrase "You've got crabs ass-face!"
- Larry Hardcore/The Pusher (Jack Black)
- Little Girl: A character in Abe Lincoln's student film, It Takes a Hero.
- Marilyn Manson (Himself): He is shown as a respected dancing nutritionist as well as a judge for the presidential debate.
- Mr. Peanie: George Washington Carver's bio-engineered, anthropomorphic peanut. Modeled after the Planters mascot Mr. Peanut.
- President Dog: A cute, stray puppy who is elected student body president.
- Scangrade the Magnificent (Judah Miller): Originally called Scantron in the first airing of the show, until the company ScanTron threatened to with regard to their trademark. Proclaims himself to be "a test grading slash world domination device."
- Skunky-Poo: A blue and white skunk with the catch phrase "Try and catch me bitch!"
- Snowflake Jake: The mascot of the founded holiday Snowflake Day.
- Sunshine (Prison Inmate) (Don Novello)
- Team X-Stream Blu: X-Stream Bob (Donald Faison), X-Stream Mike (Zach Braff), X-Stream Erin (Sarah Chalke)
- The Number Four: A habitual liar.

The students of Genetically Engineered Superhuman High (GESH). This is Clone High's rival high school. Pep rallies at GESH parody the eugenic based fascism of Nazi Germany.
- Colonel Principal: Southern gentleman and principal of GESH. He is a parody of Colonel Sanders.
- Geshy: GESH's bioenginnered mascot. Gandhi later find that it is not just a mascot but a living thing.

- Abe's Foster Mom and Dad (Joe Flaherty): Stereotypical 1950's TV show parents.
- Cleo's Drunken Foster Mom: Abusive and drunken foster mother of Cleopatra. She has a relationship with Toots.
- Gandhi's Stereotypically Jewish Foster Parents
- Glenn the Janitor: Ponce's foster father.
- Toots (Donald Faison): Joan of Arc's blind foster grandfather.
- Wally (Donald Faison) and Carl (Neil Flynn): JFK's interracial gay foster dads.
[edit] Inventions of Gandhi's Subconscious
These characters appear during Gandhi's intoxicated state with the raisins.
- Daniel Feldspar: The stereotypical Australian dragon.
- Geldhemoor the Honkeycorn: A mythical half-donkey, half-hummingbird, half-unicorn.
- The Princess Gremulon: Transformed from Geldhemoor into the Princess by the use of the Amulet of Rivinojaneelankavel which was given to The Olsen Twins by Dave Coulier with the inscription: Cut, It, Out.
- Two-Headed Olsen Twins Monster

- Ang Lee: Simply referred to as "Ang".
- Murray T. Wayans: Possibly an apocryphal sibling of the Wayans brothers.
