The following is a list of episodes for the Japanese anime Black Lagoon. The series debuted on 2006-04-08.
The first season consists of episodes 1 to 12. The second season, lasting from episode 13 to 24, is also labeled as Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage.

Rokuro Okajima is captured by Dutch and Revy when they come looking for a disk Rokuro is carrying. Captain then goes after them and the disk using a helicopter. | ||||||

Captain corners the Black Lagoon with his helicopter, but Rokuro devises a plan. Dutch uses a shipwreck as a ramp and jumps the Black Lagoon into the air, releasing a torpedo which hits the helicopter. In the end, Rokuro decides to not go back to Japan and his old life. He takes Dutch's nickname for him, Rock, as his name. Revy invites him to join the crew of the Black Lagoon and he agrees. | ||||||

Mr. Chin doesn't like Dutch working for Balalaika, so he sends Luak and his pirate gang after the Black Lagoon. Revy kills them all, jumping from ship to ship during a high speed chase. In the end, Balalaika kills Mr. Chin. | ||||||

The Black Lagoon is hired by a collector of Nazi art to recover a painting on a sunken submarine. Revy and Rock descend to the sub in scuba gear, while the Black Lagoon is attacked by modern Nazis on the surface. | ||||||

The modern Nazis keep the Black Lagoon at bay with TOW missiles while they also descend to the sunken sub. They take the painting and try and kill Revy and Rock. Revy and Rock escape, and the Nazi ship departs. | ||||||

Dutch and Revy attack the Nazi ship and Revy goes berserk, killing almost everyone on the ship. They retrieve the painting, and Dutch learns the man who hired him is a Nazi who wanted to test the modern Nazi's mettle. In the end, Revy explains that Rock is different from them, and she can't work with him. | ||||||

Rock and Revy run errands, and Revy tells Rock to go back to Japan. She feels he's too different and weak, and Rock becomes fed up with her lack of respect. They're arrested because Revy fires her gun at Rock during the argument, but they come to an understanding in the back of the police car. | ||||||

The Black Lagoon is hired to deliver a package. The package is Garcia, a boy and a member of an important Venezuelan family. Garcia's family is in a dispute with his kidnapper, the Colombian mafia. Garcia's maid/bodyguard Roberta comes looking for the boy, and the crew walks into a bar as she confronts the Colombian mafia. | ||||||

Roberta starts killing everyone in the bar, and the crew is forced to run with an unconscious Revy. Garcia goes with them because he is afraid of this violent Roberta. In an homage to the Terminator series, Roberta is like an unstopple robot, pursuing them with vehicles and on foot. | ||||||

Revy wakes up, and she and Roberta battle. Balalaika shows up with a small army, and takes away Revy's and Roberta's weapons, who beat each other senseless instead. Benny explains to Rock that Balalaika is a former Russian commander from the Soviet war in Afghanistan, and her group is her former soldiers. | ||||||

Mr. Chang comes by with a briefcase. He has papers wanted by terrorists, and he wants the Black Lagoon to transport them. The terrorists then attack them, and Mr. Chang covers the crews escape. In the end, the terrorists capture Rock; Revy meets up with Shenhua and Leigharch, who were supposed to pick her and Rock up. | ||||||
