AFC Championship logo

This is a list of all the franchises that have won the American Football Conference (AFC) Championship Game. The AFC is one of two conferences (with the National Football Conference (NFC)) that make up the National Football League. The winner of the Championship Game goes on to face the winner of the NFC Championship Game in the annual Super Bowl, which is held in a neutral location.
