Liscannor (Irish: Lios Ceannúir) is a coastal village in County Clare, Republic of Ireland. Lying on the west coast of Ireland, on Liscannor Bay, the village is located on the R478 road between Lahinch, to the east, and Doolin, to the north. The Cliffs of Moher are about 5 km (3 miles) west of the village.

liscannor is home to many famous people including johnnie considine and noel kilmartin both footballers of the highest regard

It is noted as the birthplace of engineer and submarine innovator John Philip Holland.
