What are the point of these lists? Isn't avoiding pages like this exactly why we have a category system? Please someone explain. Agentsoo 11:26, 29 July 2005 (UTC)

they predate the category system, which was introduced in May 2004. Arguably they should be deleted now, as they do not get much attention. CalJW 02:43, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
I'm making sure that each of these is included in a <country>-related lists category and once that is done I'll cfd this category. After that it's a tedious task of going through each country and making sure each link in the topic list is in the category for that country. Arguably the lists should be kept for the red-links, but on the other hand any articles that still aren't created probably aren't going to be. --JeffW 18:04, 15 May 2006 (UTC)
