The article did not make any assertion of notability, so it clearly failed WP:CSD A7. Just to make sure I did some additional checks before deleting - the record label the artist released on did not satisfy the notability criterion laid out in WP:BAND and I checked Special:Whatlinkshere/MC_Rai and found no other pages on Wikipedia linked to the article. My conclusion was that the artist was not notable and speedy deletion was the correct decision. Qwghlm 10:59, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
