Lions is a studio album by The Black Crowes, released in 2001. It received mixed reviews and sold fewer copies than any other Crowes studio album. The first single was "Lickin'," a song not well received by the band's hardcore fan base because of its guitar effects and simple but misogynist lyrics. The follow-up single, "Soul Singing," received more airplay and remains a fan favorite and concert staple to this day.
