[edit] Barnstars
The Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar|text=Thank you very much for your kind words, and many barnstars. I feel really good now, because my wikistress has lowered. I will keep it in a sub-page when the need for an archive comes. You seem cool too, and you're really good at "virtual UNO!." If you need help with anything here, or in general, feel free to ask Here. :) Whopper 02:40, 8 May 2006 (UTC) |
To show that you can complete 2000+ articles and still get credit is awarding enough, but I thank you for all your tireless contributions that you feel did not get noticed. Well, for one, I noticed. Whopper |
I give this to you as well for your efforts in assisting me with the great template. I know these awards probably dont mean much, but thanks. your wikifriend, Whopper |

[edit] RFA Thanks
Hi Linuxerist. Just a quick note to thank you for your support in my RfA, which recently passed 62/13/6. Thank you also for the new shark image that you created, it looks great. I will do my very best live up to this new responsibility and to serve the community, but please let me know if I make any mistakes or if you have any feedback at all on my actions. Finally, if there is anything that I can assist you with - please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers TigerShark 03:45, 4 April 2006 (UTC) |
Hey, Linuxerist/Awards, thank you so much for your vote and comments in my RfA, which passed with an overwhelming consensus of 95/2/2. I was very surprised and flattered that the community has entrusted me with these lovely new toys. I ripped open the box and started playing with them as soon as I got them, and I've already had the pleasure of deleting random nonsense/attacks/copyvios tonight. |
Hello Linuxerist. Thank you for your support at my request for adminship which ended at the overwhelming and flattering result of (160/1/0), and leaves me in a position of having to live up to a high standard of community expectation. You can see me in action and observe what then happened as a result. Naturally, if I make any procedural mistakes, feel free to point them out. I look forward to working with you in the future. In the meantime, enjoy the sunny Georgian summer! Blnguyen | Have your say!!! 05:30, 31 May 2006 (UTC) |
Linuxerist/Awards, thank you for participating in my RfA. Unfortunately, a great number of oppose voters felt that I lacked experience, and a consensus was not reached (the final tally was 30/28/10). Perhaps I will try again in another few months when I have a few more edits under my belt. If I do, I hope I can count on your support. Thanks again! |
Thank you for your vote in my recent RFA. At 43/43/14, I decided it was best to withdraw. I will wait until another time for an RFA. Thanks again, ILovePlankton 03:19, 5 June 2006 (UTC) |
Hello, Linuxerist/Awards, and thank you for the supportive vote on my recent RfA! With a final vote of 84/1/4, I have now been entrusted with the mop, bucket and keys. I will be slowly acclimating myself to my new tools over the next months, but welcome any and all feedback and suggestions on how I might be able to use them to help the project. Thanks again! - Kukini 13:34, 13 June 2006 (UTC) |

Here is an 6/6/6, aka Evil Day, warning for you, enemy. I am extremely evil and you have entered on my evil property. Spread this evil-ness to others by making a derivative work of this... Or another evil something that is flowing about. And, if you don't you will be a goodie too-shoos forever!! GeorgeMoney T·C 6 June 2006 |
[edit] Various Things That Appeared on my Talk Page in Conjuction with Other Things
Welcome, Linuxerist, to Esperanza, the Wikipedia member association! As you might know, all the Esperanzians share one important goal: the success of this encyclopedia. Within that, we then attempt to strengthen the community bonds, and be the "approachable" side of the project. All of our ideals are held in the Charter, the governing document of the association. Now that you are a member you should read the guide to what to do now or you may be interested in some of our programs. A quite important program is the StressUnit, which seeks to support editors who have encountered any stress from their Wikipedia events, and are seeking to leave the project. So far, Esperanza can be credited with the support and retention of several users. We will send you newsletters to keep you up to date. Also, we have a calendar of special events, member birthdays, and other holidays that you can add to and follow. In addition to these projects, several more missions of Esperanza are in development, and are currently being created at Esperanza/Possibles. I encourage you to take an active voice in the running of Esperanza. We have a small government system, headed by our Administrator general, Celestianpower, and guided by the Advisory Committee comprised of JoanneB, FireFox and Titoxd. The next set of elections will be in April, we will keep you updated about the results. Because you are a new member, you are not able to vote in these elections, but you will be more than welcome to take part in the elections in June. If you have any other questions, concerns, comments, or general ideas, Esperanzian or otherwise, know that you can always contact Celestianpower by email or talk page or the Esperanza talk page. Alternatively, you could communicate with fellow users via our IRC channel, #wikipedia-esperanza (which is also good for a fun chat or two :). If you're new to IRC, you may find help at an IRC Tutorial written by one of our members. I thank you for joining Esperanza, and look forward to working with you in making Wikipedia a better place to work! ILovEPlankton 14:59, 22 April 2006 (UTC) |
