[edit] Must reads
There are some articles and essays that, although not policy or guideline, everybody should read. These tend to make important points about the problems with wikipedia, it's future, work needed to be done, advice on how to interact. If nothing else, these should make you think:
I should note that I'm more open to people suggesting me solutions, if you have any, let's hear them!
[edit] Problem AfDs
Closed: AfDs that have been closed improperly, but are unlikely to be returned via DRV due to the similar problems to the AfD itself
- Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/List_of_Kids_Next_Door_Two-by-Four_Technology - main argument for deletion was 'cruft' (no basis in policy or guidelines), keepers gave reasons but were ignored.

[edit] The WikiCare Bears
- Civility Bear believes that people can always be nice to each other, even when working out their differences. He acts as a mediator between the other WikiCare Bears, always stepping in and helping everyone to stay calm and happy. His chest image is of two hearts overlapping.
- Fact-finding Bear loves reading her books and telling people of all the wonderful things she's found. Other WikiCare Bears come to her when they need to find something out, and she's always willing to look for them. Her chest image is of an open book displaying a picture of a big heart.
- Barnstar Bear makes sure no one feels left out or unrewarded by giving out big barnstars of love and happiness. His chest image is of a golden barnstar.
- Talk-A-Lot Bear always makes sure that the other Bears know what's going on. She is always sure to check what all the other WikiCare Bears think before doing anything risky. Her chest image is of a talking star.
- Fix-A-Lot Bear is the handyman of the WikiCare Bears. He makes anything they need, and is always willing to teach the other bears how to do things, too. Fix-A-Lot Bear spends most of his time checking the other bear's spelling and grammar, and they all appreciate this service. His chest image is of a star holding a hammer.
- Article Bear writes any new articles that the WikiCare Bears need and working on getting all their articles up to Featured Care level. His chest image is of a star writing on a piece of paper.
- Break Time Bear makes sure that none of the WikiCare Bears get burnt out. She brings around refreshments and reminds them all to take a break every hour from editing. Her chest image is of a cup of coffee and two cookies.
- Outside Bear encourages the other WikiCare Bears to have fun playing outside and get some excersise and sun on their fur. Her chest image is of an oak tree.
- Welcome Bear keeps a look out for new visitors and makes sure to say hello to each and every one of them! His chest image is of a smiling star.
- Wise Bear is the oldest of the WikiCare Bears and appears to be their grandmother. She has a very clear voice and always takes her time to make sure that the Bears understand things. Her chest image is of a heart wearing a mortarboard style hat.
- Picture Bear Spends all her time taking photographs and drawing pictures. She wants everyone to be able to enjoy them and share them around. Her chest image is of a star looking at a rainbow.
