lino taglapietra was not born on murano but on burano. the fing is that lino was the first ever glass master in murano huw was not born on the island. the fact that tagliapietra left the island to teatch the secrets of murano glass techniks over the world is considert bei some murano glass masters ass betrayal. some like to call hin the "buranese" the guy from burano. generalie he's considert ass a men how made great publicity for murano and italian glass over the word. he's not a greater glassmaster then other murano masters, maybee a greater teatcher.
