[edit] Rex

There's a vast lack of him here. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 190.30.15.79 (talk) 22:59, 6 December 2006 (UTC).

[edit] Why does iphone redirect here?

Is there something im missing? --194.168.3.18 12:32, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Because Linksys/Cisco owns the rights to that name and produces a series of products called 'iPhone'... See [[1]] and [[2]] for more detail. 1001001 13:45, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
I was also confused by this, so based on the information in your links, I've added a dablink. Feel free to clean up the wording as you see fit. --DDG 20:04, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Dablink removed as the article no longer redirects here. --DDG 20:45, 19 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Verbosity

Does anybody think that this page should contain a more comprehensive list of Linksys products? Surely their large presence in the SOHO market should merit some more coverage. At the very least, some other products... --Nerdtalker 03:20, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

If someone is interested in putting this information together, I'd suggest not putting it on the page. Reserve the article for notable things about the company itself. A separate page with a list of products is better (especially if there are a lot of items.) See Wikipedia:Lists_(stand-alone_lists), Wikipedia:Embedded_list, and Wikipedia:Lists for more info. Good example of a stand alone product list: List_of_Motorola_products. Nposs 05:20, 8 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Adding Reviews External Link

I have a resource I would like to add to the Linksys article. The resource offers both customers and product users alike the ability to view and add reviews of a specific company. The website does not include and advertising and is setup the same way wiki is, allowing for current users to adapt to the future system very easily. What would be your opinion on this matter? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Rhalverson (talkcontribs) 21:05, 15 March 2007 (UTC).

DontUse.org is a Link normally to be avoided. Links to open wikis, except those with a substantial history of stability and a substantial number of editors and it Does not provide a unique resource beyond what the article alread contains. [edit] WRT54G

I hardly think this particular router can be considered "most notable product produced by Linksys" to the exclusion of all others. I suggest removal of this section: the WRT54G article should be sufficient to appease the enthusiast community. 64.114.48.130 03:36, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
