Linz am Rhein

Linz am Rhein is a municipality in the district of Neuwied, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated on the right bank of the river Rhine near Remagen, approx. 25 km southeast of Bonn. It is the sister city of Marietta, Georgia in the United States , Linz in Austria and Pornic in France.
Linz is also the seat of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Linz am Rhein, which consists of the following Ortsgemeinden ("local municipalities"):
- Dattenberg
- Kasbach-Ohlenberg
- Leubsdorf
- Linz am Rhein
- Ockenfels
- Sankt Katharinen
