Linksys WRT300N series
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Linksys WRT300N series is the successor to the WRT54G series of routers from Linksys, supporting a draft version of IEEE 802.11n. This generation of routers have increased bandwidth at 300Mbits on a wireless connection, and more than 4 times the coverage of an 802.11g router. Similar to the Linksys WRT54G series, it uses a Linux-based operating system.

[edit] WRT350N
Similar to WRT300n, but comes with a Gigabit Ethernet switch, hardware crypto acceleration for IPSec, SSL, and WPA/WPA2, USB 2.0 port. The router is plagued with a firmware issue that causes it to lose wireless internet connectivity[2]. Many experts are cautioning people to avoid this product[citation needed] although there are third party firmwares like DD-WRT that can be installed to avoid that problem.
