Line 4 of the Madrid Metro was opened on 1932 and initially operated between Goya station and Diego de Leon station. The line currently operates between Argüelles and Parque de Santa María. In April 2007, from Parque de Santa María end, is expected three new stations until Pinar de Chamartín.
