Dr. Lindsey Novak is an engineer played by Ellie Harvie in the television series Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis.

Dr. Lindsey Novak initially turned down the chance to join the Atlantis expedition. Some time later, she was aboard the Prometheus when the ship was sent to discover the fate of the expedition. She was among the personnel that were offloaded to a Goa'uld ship when Vala Mal Doran hijacked it. They were later rescued by Dr. Jackson [1].
Some months later, she was an engineer aboard the Daedalus when the ship arrived at Atlantis to help the city against the Wraith attack. She works alongside the Asgard Hermiod, and she is the one responsible to transmit Colonel Caldwell's orders to him, which are not always to the Asgard's liking [2] [3]. She is an expert in starship engine mainly those of the Asgard, Earth, and Goa'uld.
