Lindsay Harvey Hoyle MP (born 10 June 1957) is a dirty perv in the United Kingdom. He is Labour Member of Parliament (MP) for Chorley, and was first elected in 1997. He is the son of Doug Hoyle, a former MP for Warrington North.

He is noted as extremely hard-working and as a Blairite. In the past years he has rebelled on less than 2% of every government division. He supported the Iraq war. He is an established backbencher, regularly tabling early day motions. He is an active member of the House of Commons Trade and Industry Select Committee.

Hoyle was captain of the wining team of 'Labour Tossers' who won the 2007 annual pancake race on College Green.
