Lindeteves-Jacoberg Limited is a manufucturing company with its main office in Singapore. It is a manufacturer of electric motors and owner of Brook Crompton (UK) and Schorch Germany).

Moved motor production in 2004 and 2005 of Brook Crompton Motors UK in 2004 mainly to Poland.

Since October 2006, LJL entered into separate conditonal sale and purchase agreements to sell its equity interest in BCW Electric Motor (Dalian) Corp. LTD.(Brook Crompton Western Electric Works), ("BCW") China to Dalian Motor CO., and An Xiao Dan, an Australian citizen who is a business associate of DM based in Australia.
With this deal, does have LJL the right to purchase motors from the BCW-plant with either Brook Crompton or Western Electric labeled electric motors.
During the years 2004 and 2005 Lindeteves-Jacoberg went in heavely Cash Flow problems and saved by the A-Tec group. Since April/May 2006 A-Tec and ATB will have more then 50% shares of LJ and therefore saved by bankruptcy!
