Tamerlane Lincoln Kennedy (born February 12, 1971) is an American football Offensive tackle, currently signed to the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.

Kennedy grew up in an economically depressed part of San Diego, California and graduated from Morse High School.

Kennedy played collegiately for the Washington Huskies, winning the Morris Trophy as part of the team in 1991 and 1992. Kennedy was a first team All-American.

Kennedy played professional football in the National Football League. Due to his doubly presidential name, he was nicknamed "The Oval Office" and "Mr. President" by fellow players. He was a first round draft pick for the Atlanta Falcons in the 1993 event, playing with them for three years before being traded to the Oakland Raiders between the 1995 and 1996 seasons. While playing for Oakland, Kennedy was selected to the Pro Bowl twice (2001 and 2002).

He retired in 2004^[1] and took a position with the NFL Network as one of the hosts of NFL Total Access.

In 2006, Kennedy attempted a comeback with the Dallas Cowboys, but was unsuccessful after failing the required physical. On January 23, 2007 he signed a deal with the Dallas Desperados of the Arena Football League.^[2]
