Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park is an elevated Metro Rail station on the Gold Line, located at Lacy Street and Ave 26. The station features a free park-and-ride lot, and a statue of Los Angeles' first municipal worker, a woman who worked as a water carrier for the community. Hence the name, it serves the Cypress Park and Lincoln Heights neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park station is one of five Metro Gold Line stations that have side platforms.
Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park Station was planned to be named "Avenue 26 Station," but was named Lincoln Heights/Cypress Park station.
