The Lincoln County School District is a public school district based in Lincoln County, Mississippi (USA).

There were a total of 3,017 students enrolled in the Lincoln County School District during the 2005-2006 school year. The gender makeup of the district was 49% female and 51% male. The racial makeup of the district was 16% African American, 83% White, and less than 1% Hispanic, Native American, and Asian.[1]
