[edit] Song Informations
The production on this song includes an Indian drumbeat using a dholak drum (a common drum used in Punjabi music) throughout parts of the verse and chorus. This sound has been attributed to that of Go-Go music, a live style of drum-influenced music popular throughout Washington DC.
[edit] Music video
The music video for the song was directed by Mike Ruiz and shot on March 12, 2007 in Hollywood. The video debuted on TRL on Monday, March 26, 2007. Also, the video has garnished over 500 thousand views on Youtube.
The video starts with Kelly walking into her room after taking a shower. When she notices a podcast of her, she quickly throws a towel over it. She is then next seen infront on her vanity getting ready for a party putting on lipstick in a simple black dress while singing the lyrics. She repeatedly pushes her breasts up. The scene is then cut to Kelly in a dark room with a chair, in a sheer, sparkling silver gown. During the first, cuts are shown of the black-dressed Kelly and the silver Kelly, performing what seems to be the same choreography--the silver-clad Kelly with the chair in the room, the black-clad with the chair in front of her dresser. By the second verse, the silver-clad Kelly is the only one with the chair. Cuts of her are shown througout the song. During the bridge, we see Kelly at the party in her living room. Eve enters, rapping her solo with cuts of Kelly performing more choreography. With the final scene we see Kelly performing more choreography while sitting in the chair seductively as glitter is seen flying upwards from the floor.
