[edit] Introduction
- Hi, my username is Lighthead, my nickname is Bryce, and to add more confusion to the mix; my name is Bryan Palencia. If you would like to contact me, try contacting me through Wikipedia. Thanks.
[edit] Ideology
- My ideology is this; no one, including me, should get too caught up in their political beliefs. And this ends up overflowing into what we call religion and makes us even more wound up than we already were to start with!
- I actually have a related article for the future in which it explains how every thing bad that we experience ends up being a symptom in the same spectrum. This is how physical illnesses come about. If you meditate (not necessarily as in yoga) on the root of your illness you will usually find that there was a corresponding psychological "factor".
- So just chill..
[edit] Musical interests
- My absolute musical interest is electronic. I mean I'm listening to it as we speak (or as I speak). I can't seem to shake my obsession with Drum and bass! I also like Big beat, Progressive trance; as well as Ambient, Trance in general, and most forms of House. I mostly like music that makes me trip out, so you can add styles like Psychedelia to the mix; and it trickles out from there.
[edit] Films
- Favorites
1.Experimental films (Like Tarnation)
2.Indie films (ex. Reservoir Dogs)
3.Comedy (Back to the Future)
4.Science fiction (Back to the Future Trilogy); same rank as Fantasy, all three Lord of the Rings
[edit] Art
- Being somewhat of an artist myself I basically adhere to the most strange, weird, and modern art in terms of what I like. I like Expressionism; Dada; Surrealism; Picasso's Blue Period; Abstract, Francisco Goya; Tintoretto; Abstraction; Wassily Kandinsky, Sketch I for "Composition VII" is my favorite; Vincent Van Gogh's The Potato Eaters is distinctive from his famous style; Paul Gauguin is good. The various forms of Cubism. Marc Chagall; René Magritte; Abstract Expressionism; Neo-expressionism; Post-Modernism, and finally Cindy Sherman who reminds me of a UFO meet suburbia.
[edit] Poetry
-The nightingale steadily sings after midnight -The sparrows follow in the dawn with their love calls and ooze of cuteness -The devil is sleeping -...meanwhile; the birds unknowingly migrate creating their paraidise -The devil wakes up -The days are universes, and times of universes and universes of times. -The devil gets paranoid. -The creator leaves.
- "Universe; times"
