Location of Lignana in Italy

Lignana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vercelli in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 km northeast of Turin and about 6 km southwest of Vercelli. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 539 and an area of 22.5 km2.[1]

Lignana borders the following municipalities: Crova, Desana, Ronsecco, Salasco, Sali Vercellese, and Vercelli.
