Lighthouse Cove (population 200) is a scenic lakeside community located at the easternmost edge of the town of Lakeshore in Essex County, Ontario, Canada on Lake St. Clair. The Cove is the site of the second oldest lighthouse in the Province of Ontario, the Thames River Lighthouse. It was built in 1818 as a result of the War of 1812 between Canada and the United States. A sign when entering Lighthouse Cove reads, "Essex County's Hidden Jewel".

All properties within Lighthouse Cove have water frontage, either on a series of canals or lakeside. Three restaurants (Spooters & Fine Dining, Radlin's Marina and the Lighthouse Inn), three marinas (Radlin's Marina, Cove Marina and Luken Marina) and one general store (Lighthouse Variety) serve the community.
