"Lift" is the second single by Australian singer Shannon Noll from his sophomore album with the same name. The boxing-themed video clip for this song was shot in an unused warehouse in Sydney's Marrickville by Australian director Anthony Rose, who also directed Noll's music videos for "Drive", "What About Me" and "Shine".
The song currently serves as the theme for the Australian version of the reality TV show The Biggest Loser.

"Lift" debuted at #13 in the ARIA singles chart, however, the song rose to #10 three weeks later, becoming Noll's sixth top ten single. The song was certified Gold.
The song was voted in at number 65 on the Video Hits Australia Top 100 Video Clips chart.
