Life on the Rock
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Life on the Rock is a weekly live call-in Catholic TV show aimed at youth.
The theme is based on the joys and challenges of being young and Christian in today’s world with host Fr. Francis Mary Stone and his guests.
The show occasionally incorporates an unexpected filming approach called "Friar Cam," in which the camera switches to a green-lens view of Fr. Stone with the words "Friar Cam" flashing on the bottom of the screen. After a few moments, the feature is switched off, and re-appears at seemingly random times during the course of the program.
Celtic Spring, an Irish-American family of step-dancers and fiddlers recently appeared on this show. They later became finalists on NBC's America's Got Talent.
