I have found a list of Acadian governors with slightly different information in it. The names and the dates are not the same. Here it is:

I am not certain if this list is accurate, so I didn't change anything in the wikipedia list. If somebody wants to confirm which list is more accurate...

There is some question what his roles were in what years. Definitely 1717-20 he acted for Richard Phillips. Phillips was then in the Province for 3 years or so...Important? not so much but someone may want to check it out further..Stormbay 21:26, 10 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fractured resposibilities

If someone wants to make this table/article a document with some historical teeth, they need to do a narrative on how duties were split up at various times. It is not as linear as the table implies. (some happy editing for someone (-: Stormbay 19:42, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
