Lt. Felina Feral, Commander Ulysses Feral's niece, is a fictional character in the cartoon series "SWAT Kats. She is at an important post in The Enforcers. Felina is headstrong and perhaps a touch rebellious, declaring on at least one occasion that she doesn't take "No" for an answer. Her exact position in the Enforcers is a bit foggy. Most often she can be found piloting either a jet or helicopter, but she joined a tank crew to face the articially intelligent monster machine Zed. Only Commander Feral was ever shown to outrank Felina. This coupled with Lieutenant Commander Steele's absence throughout the second season, has led some fans to conclude that Felina may have replaced Steele as lieutenant commander. This, however, is pure speculation and never supported within the show as Felina is always addressed either by her given name or as "Lieutenant Feral".

It is revealed in the episode A Bright and Shiny Future that Felina is the daughter of Commander Feral's brother. T-Bone appears to have a crush on her, making his rivalry for Miss Briggs less apparent.

In the episode When Strikes Mutilor, she with her uncle leads an air fleet to defeat Mutilor's henchmen. After her plane is hit she continues to batter the enemy with a huge gun, standing on the beach. When an enemy's custody crashes with little damage, and kills him, Felina pilots it and invades Mutilor's spaceship single-handed. She deals with all henchmen on board while the SWAT Kats go for Mutilor.
