I agree it's heavily biased. The rules enacted by the duly elected representatives of the people of New York are described as "arbitrary", as if this were a fact, not the opinion of some Libertarians and others. Then there's this passage: "Indeed, the criterion seems calculated to minimize the possibility of a new party receiving such status. Or the criterion can wipe a small party out, if that party's governor candidate stops running at the wrong time, as happened to the Liberal Party." The first sentence is blatantly unencyclopedic. The second is irrelevant to the subject of this article; it's just another gratuitous swipe at ballot-access laws of which the writer disapproves. JamesMLane t c 09:10, 19 September 2006 (UTC)
