The Liberty Shopping Centre, also known as the Liberty, is a covered shopping mall located in Romford in East London. The centre takes its name from the Royal Liberty of Havering and is owned by property company Hammerson.

The mall has recently (2004) been refurbished and entirely modernised at a cost of £54M. It is the largest indoor shopping mall in the London Borough of Havering and covers 63,000 square meters with around 100 units. Redevelopment of the site is part of a planned regeneration of the Romford shopping area.

The Liberty was originally divided into two parts: Liberty, which was uncovered until the 2004 refurbishments; and Liberty 2, which was designed as an all-indoor facility. The two parts are either side of the main Romford ring road but are connected by a section of underground shopping mall. In 2006 the Liberty 2 was expanded by a further adjacent development on the former site of the Dolphin swimming pool complex and was rebranded as The Mall. It is owned and operated by The Mall Company.

The Liberty has been used as a filming location and was featured in the Reebok "Belly's gonna getcha!" television advertisement.
