Liberty Medical Supply is a company that sells diabetes testing supplies. The company claims to send the supplies "right to your door, with no cost for shipping." Commercials promoting this service air frequently on daytime TV in the United States and feature veteran character actor Wilford Brimley; newer commercials feature Delta Burke. Both of these actors are real diabetics. Brimley's unusual pronunciation of the word "diabetes" as "diabeetus" has spawned an internet meme popular on 4chan.org.
