Liberty Bend Bridge

The Liberty Bend Bridge is the common name for the two cantilever truss bridges on Missouri Route 291 over the Missouri River connecting Jackson County, Missouri with Clay County, Missouri.
The main span length is 460.1 feet and the total length is 1,883.3 feet. Vertial clearance is 16.5 feet.

The northbound bridge was built 1949 and rehabilitated 1986. The northbound deck is 23.9 feet wide. Southbound decck width: 40.0 ft.

The southbound bridge was built 1996 with a deck width of 40 feet.
