liberté (Chinese: 昇悅居) is a highrise private housing estate in Hong Kong. Located in Cheung Sha Wan of New Kowloon, it was built on a former site of a shipyard which was relocated owning to the commencement of the West Kowloon Reclamation. The estate is in adjacent to Banyan Garden and The Pacifica, packed together in an island of high residential buildings between Lai Chi Kok Road and Sham Shing Road.
liberté is joinly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Shun Tak Holdings. The land was formerly a shipyard of Shun Tak Holdings.
liberté is comprised of seven towers. Each of the tallest towers (tower 2, 6 and 7) has 52 floors and the roof height is 181 metres. They are among the 100 tallest residential skyscrapers. It is the 58th highest skyscraper in Hong Kong.
The floors below podium of liberté are grouped in a shopping centre Liberté Place.

liberté is a French word which means freedom in English and the office name is in lower case.
