Libby Gill is a U.S. personal coach, motivational speaker, and author.

Over a period of fifteen years, Gill was a senior vice president at Universal Studios, a vice president at Sony Pictures Entertainment and Turner Broadcasting, and a media consultant for Dr. Phil and Paramount Studios. She has also made radio and television appearances.
