Surely the Regina Maersk on her celebrated first port call, July 1998 (cited by 3 Senators). Maersk Series K, 5th generation container vessel, 14.5m draft fully loaded. Very lightly loaded, note how much of the rudder shows. This was a photo-op since there are no container facilities above Liberty Island.
