Liang Youchang (梁有昶,born October 6, 1974, in Guangdong, China) is a Chinese journalist. He is currently working for the Xinhua News Agency, the official press agency of the government of the People's Republic of China and the biggest center for collecting information and press conferences in the PRC.

He is currently the chief correspondent of Xinhua's Tehran Bureau.(From July, 2006)

He worked as a correspondent and photographer for Xinhua in Baghdad, Iraq, from July, 2002, to July, 2003, covering a turbulent period of the country.
