Liam Trotter (born 24 August 1988, Ipswich, Suffolk, England) is a professional footballer for Ipswich Town.
He plays in the centre of midfield, signing his first professional contract with Ipswich Town on 30th August 2006. He immediately moved to Millwall on a three month loan deal until December 2006 to get first team experience.
Since returning from the loan, his most recent appearance has been coming on as a substitute in the 80th minute for Jaime Peters in the 1-0 FA Cup 5th Round defeat at Watford, Saturday, February 17, 2007.
