Lezíria do Tejo

Lezíria do Tejo is a Portuguese NUTS III subregion, part of Alentejo NUTS II region.
Lezíria do Tejo, formerly belonging to the extinct Lisboa e Vale do Tejo region (now Lisbon Region), has its main urban center in the city of Santarém.
Area: 4007 km². Population (2001): 240 832 inhabitants.
