I think it would be fine to have a couple of sentences in an editorial and encyclopedic voice noting that an opinion piece in the Times drew a parallel to legislative erosions of liberties in the U.S. in the wake of 9/11. However, the bit I've just reverted, besides being very hasty work with many typos, had as its basic strategy to paste in a bunch of copyrighted material from the Times piece, without any indications of quotations. I reverted instead of reformatting, because I think the Times piece should not constitute half of an article on the Lex Gabinia. Wareh 02:46, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
