Lexington High School is located in Lexington, Ohio, USA. The school serves grades 9-12 and is the only high school in the Lexington Local School District Lexington has received an Excellent ranking for 3 straight years by the Ohio Board of Education do to the standardized test scores of there student body.

Lexington High School has a strong tradition in sports including 4 team state championships and several individual Championships. The Football Team at LHS has fallen upon hard times going 2-8 the last two seasons, but had a great run under 2001 Division II State Coach of the Year Dave Kaple through the late 90's and early 2000's. In 2001 the Football team won there first Ohio Heartland Conference Crown since 1988, and advanced to the OHSAA Div. II playoffs, for the first and only time, persisted to knock of #1 seeded Marysville before losing to state runner-up Bishop Watterson. The boys Basketball Team in the past few years has gradually been improving, this year finishing with a 15-9 record as Northwest District Runner-up to state bound Upper Sandusky. The Basketball team is coach by a 1989 Lexington Graduate Grant Weaver, he will be going into his third season. The Women's team has had great success in recent years under 2007 Div. II State Coach of the Year Dan Trease. The women have been crowned Northwest District Champions 4 of the last 5 years, and reached the State Final Four in 2003. They concluded the 2006-2007 season with a 21-3 as District Champions.
