The Lexington-Fayette-Frankfort-Richmond, KY Combined Statistical Area is the 76th largest Combined Statistical Area (CSA) of the United States. ^[1] It is comprised of the Lexington-Fayette, KY Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) and the Micropolitan Statistical Areas (which is also abbreviated as MSA) of Frankfort, Kentucky, Mount Sterling, Kentucky, and Richmond, Kentucky.
