County Road 336 is a route existing in three different sections. Two sections are in Levy County and the third is shared by Levy and Marion Counties.


Section I is a short east/west route on the southwest side of Chiefland.

Section II is an east/west route running from the south side of Chiefland to Otter Creek and Ellzey.

Section III runs southeasterly from Lebanon Station to Dunnellon. CR 336, in this section, does multiplex with CR 40 into Dunnellon.
