Levantine cuisine

Levantine cuisine is the traditional cuisine of the Levant region. Though now divided into Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Israel the region was a more united entity before the fall of the Ottoman Empire, and shared most of the same culinary traditions.
