Leticia Sosa

Martha Leticia Sosa Govea is a Mexican politician from Colima affiliated to the National Action Party who served as municipal president (mayor) of the city of Manzanillo.
In 2006 she was elected to serve in the Senate of Mexico during the upcoming Legislature (2006-2012).
